30 Day Blog Challenge!

I saw this on someone else's blog, and since I have all the time in the world, I thought I'd join in.  Why do I have all the time in the world...?  Our census on the Neuro-Trauma Unit has been devastatingly low for 3 months now.  I have only averaged (1) 12-hr shift per week.  :-(  Not good for the money situation or medical benefits, but good for those sweet little children who aren't getting their heads injured!!!

Anyway, here is Day 1:

A photo of yourself and a description of how your day went.

Hmm... I don't think I look very photo-worthy today.  So, I will put my favorite wedding picture of myself up.  Yes, I am extremely conceited!  haha, just wait and see.

This is the "Something's missing!!!  And I'm about to kill my newly pronouced husband, but I'm still smiling!" look.

Ok, so my day went like this:
Midnight - "Charles, we should probably go to bed.  All the infomercials are starting and I've already seen them 12 times." 
12:05 - My throat hurts bad.  I'm getting sick.  Charles introduced me to NUMBING throat drops.  I am an addict.
12:10 - I am asleep, in pure heaven, sucking on my throat drop.
7:15 - Goodbye, have a good day at work, Sweetie.  I'm going back to sleep.
10:00 - Oh, I suppose I should roll out of bed.  Ate Lucky Charms, got ready for a normal day.
11:00 - I think I'll finish coloring the FHE activity I started doing with my Young Women last night at mutual.  maybe I'll 'fix' theirs a little, too.  They'll never know the difference, they weren't paying attention anyway!
12:00 PM - These would look cooler if they were laminated.  I'll go visit my mom.
12:30 - Ok, the first set of them look great, but I have 11 more sets to go!  And the laminating machine is in the garage where it's freezing cold!
2:30 - Yes, I'll watch my adorable monkey of a niece, Lily while my mom goes to pick up the Jedi-Master, Benjamin from school. 
2:35 - No Lily!  You can't have all those York Peppermint Patties!  But here are some fruit snacks!
2:36 - No Lily!  Be nice to the dog!  Be gently, like this...
2:37 - No Lily!  Put that back upstairs where you got it from!
2:38 - Ring Around the Rosie x15
and so on for 1 hour...

3:30 - Ate Subway that my mom brought home.  Mmm mmm mmm!
4:00 - Decided to check out Joann's sale... 6 cardstock scrapbooking pages for 96 cents?!  Yes, please!
5:00 - Went to the Distribution Center, needed to do some exchanging.
5:30 - Came home, did the dishes.  Realized the dishwasher possibly malfunctioned and so I actually 'did the dishes.  Ugh...
6:00 - Mom called, "Get your camera!  There's a sunset like I've never seen before!"  Well, the view from my house is obstructed by a bunch of trees, so I decided I needed to get a better view.  I jumped in my car (the computer, TV and lights at my house are still on), drove like crazy, and cursed the red lights.  Missed the best of the sunset before it faded, but still got some cool pictures from some different views in Ogden.
6:20 - Dang, where am I??? 
6:30 - Oh, I know!  Ok, back home we go.
6:40 - Post pictures to FB.
7:00 - Blog stalk.
7:15 - Hey, that 30 day challenge looks like fun.
